While it’s confirmed that Oppo will launch its next flagships – Reno 5 5G and Reno 5 Pro 5G on December 10th this year, new rumors reveal that there could be yet another handset coming alongside. And this is touted as Reno 5 Pro+ 5G. Also, some of its specifications to have been leaked, strengthening its launch.

Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ 5G may come along

Since Oppo has already made its mark in the budget and mid-range segments, it’s now growing up into the premium segment too. It entered the high-end space a couple of years back and is now reigning with the Reno series fairly. While it confirmed to launch the next iteration of Reno flagships, new leaks tell about an additional handset’s arrival alongside.

The Reno 5 5G and Reno 5 Pro 5G are set to be officially announced on 10th if this month. This was officially confirmed by Oppo, as it even posted the images of both these handsets in its teaser image. While fans are expecting only these two models from this new series, a new leak tips about a new handset joining this gang – Reno 5 Pro+ 5G

From image leaks, it’s seen that Reno 5 Pro+ 5G to have the same rear camera module of quad setup as Reno 5 5G. These could, as rumored, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX sensor as a primary sensor, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 16-megapixel lens for wide-angle shots. The fourth camera’s purpose is yet to be known.

Others leaks mention the Pro+ handset to have a Snapdragon 865 SoC, which is set for this year’s flagship models. Also, there’s a model with plain leather on the rear panel, which could be the electrochromic back cover.
