OnePlus is on a roll with its OnePlus 8 series already. The company’s current flagships are already carrying the high-end specifications available in the market, and some tuned designs to make out a special Cyberpunk 2077 edition. While we get over that, the company is preparing its next flagship handset.

The OnePlus 9’s fresh leak has more details uncovered before the official launch. These include the placement of ports, camera modules and display design. Images shared by PhoneArena reveals the upcoming handset’s display design to be a pinhole one, which is set to top left corner. The SIM card slot, speakers and USB Type-C port are pushed to the bottom of the phone.

At the rear, the camera module was shaped in a rectangle, bearing three sensors and a flashlight. Talking further, two out of three sensors are big, placed vertically with the third being small at the bottom of the line. There’s also a new logo set at the centre of the phone, which would be replaced with OnePlus’s once the official production begins.

Comparing these photos to the specifications leaked, OnePlus 9 may come with a 6.5″ FHD+ flat display with 120Hz refresh rate. Its chipset is named as Lahania, which is the codename of recently launched Snapdragon 888. Further, it may come with Android 11 out-of-the-box and 8GB RAM.

With 128GB of onboard storage, it may have 4500mAh battery with OnePlus’ proprietary fast charging technology. Also, the primary camera at the rear is tipped to be of 12-megapixel and 4-megapixel upfront. These could be translated to 48-megapixel and 16-megapixel respectively when launched.
