The Red Magic 5 has a 6.65″ 1080 × 2340p resolution and a 82.5% screen-to-body ratio. It has not notches but has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Further, it has capacitive touch triggers that push the touch sampling rate to 320Hz! With 19.5:9 aspect ratio, the display is protected by the Gorilla Glass.
It runs on Android 10 based Red Magic 3.0 bloatware. Under the hood, it’s got the Snapdragon’s 865 SoC, which is an octa-core processor with 2.84GHz as peak clocking speed. Running on 7nm+ process, it has the Adreno 650 GPU embedded in. It has up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage.
It has a triple rear setup as, one 64-megapixel (f/1.8) Sony IMX686 lens as the primary sensor, an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) as an ultra-wide lens and a 2megapixel as a macro lens. Upfront, there’s an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) lens for selfies. The rear cameras are capable of recording 4K videos at 30fps.

With the in-display fingerprint sensor, it has an audio jack, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, USB Type-C port. It has a decent battery worth 4500mAh capacity, that supports 55W fast charging.
