As per reports from Android Central, OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new mid-ranger named OnePlus Nord N10 5G, which will continue the momentum started by OnePlus Nord. The phone is said to be featuring a 64-megapixel rear camera, which marks the first OnePlus handset to use that lens. Here’s more about it;
OnePlus Nord N10 5G – a new OnePlus mid-ranger
OnePlus has made its mark already in the premium budget segment. With that success, it ventures are into the upper mid-range with OnePlus Nord to shake-up that segment too. And it did significant enough to launch yet another phone to take over the section completely. As per an insider source to the Android Central, OnePlus is touted to launch a new sub-$400 handset in the US soon.
OnePlus has already reported this earlier this year, that it would launch a slightly different variant of Nord in the US market by this year’s fall. And here’s it, preparing for the public markets soon. The phone is said to be having a 6.49″ FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus has confirmed that future handsets will come with 90Hz by default.

It will be powered by Snapdragon’s 690 SoC, which the first Snapdragon’s 600 chipsets to support 5G connectivity. This chip equips the new Cortex A77 cores, which Qualcomm says the performance will be 25% more than Snapdragon 675 SoC. It also has an X51 modem for 5G connectivity which has download speeds of 2.5Gbps.
Also, this upcoming phone is said to be coming with a 64-megapixel primary lens, which makes it the first OnePlus phone to equip such high sensor. Rest lens includes an 8-megapixel and a pair of 2-megapixel lenses. It’s said to be launching in the US soon with a price tag of under $400. Further rumours also reveal that OnePlus is preparing an entry-level phone under $200.
