While Oppo has officially confirmed to launch Reno 5 5G and Reno 5 Pro 5G next week, we have seen a leak tipping that company may add up another handset as Reno 5 Pro+ 5G. Now, extending this line, a new leak says Oppo may launch yet another LTE device in the same series as Reno 5 4G. Some of its specifications too have been reported in the leak. Here are they;
Oppo Reno 5 4G may include in Reno 5 series
Oppo, the Chinese OEM has made an offical entrance into the premium segment with its Reno series a long back. Now, it’s gearing up to launch the next iteration – Reno 5 series. While the company has officially confirmed to unveil two handsets in the upcoming launch via a teaser image, leaks suggest there could be two more pieces joining the pack.
While we’ve earlier reported one of those to be Reno 5 Pro+ 5G, joining the standard Reno 5 5G and Reno 5 Pro 5G, a new tip now tells that an LTE version of Reno 5 to join them. This new handset is limited to be 4G connectivity, as tipped in the leak and having a Snapdragon 720G chipset.

In terms of cameras, it’s said to be having a quad-rear setup led by a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and a pair of 2-megapixel lenses as macro and depth sensors probably. Further, it may have a fair 4310mAh battery with Oppo’s 50W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
Also, it may come with a 6.43″ FHD+ display with 90Hz screen refresh rate, and a plastic frame and rear body. While no images or other details of the device are leaked yet, it’s safe to assume this handset will initially be launched in China and then to rest of the markets as we’ve seen with earlier Reno launches.
