Xiaomi Black Shark 4 new leaks

Xiaomi’s Black Shark series is having its own fanbase in the gaming handset market. It’s because the maker hasn’t disappointed its users in any way, and is even gaining more gradually. Now, continuing in that pursuit, Xiaomi is all set to launch its new gaming flagship – Black Shark 4 soon.

This handset is already certified in several sites and had some specifications leaked. Now, a listing on the TENAA site has more details being revealed. These include the handset’ display specifications, which include having a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate as the Black Shark 3.

Supporting HDR10+ and running on Android 11, it will be coming with Qualcomm’s latest high-end processor – Snapdragon 888. While this isn’t confirmed yet, an AnTuTu listing revealed its benchmark scores to be over 780,000 points, which is the same for Snapdragon 888 SoC.

Codenamed as “Kaiser“, this new smartphone has dimensions of 164.83 x 76.35 x 10.33mm. Its battery capacity is already known to be of 4500mAh, supporting a mind-blowing 120W fast charging support. This could pump the juice up to the brim in just 15 minutes.

While we wait for the official launch, it’s interesting to see how Xiaomi dares to go against the sentiment of its own people. Considering the negative interests of number 4 in China, many OEMs have skipped launching the 4th version of their devices, but Xiaomi dares to do so with its Black Shark 4.
