Samsung has just confirmed the name and model number of its new and upcoming true wireless earbuds – Galaxy Buds Pro, in a support page that went live on Samsung Canada’s website. Though none of the specifications was listed, many critical details of this TWS have been leaked in past and are said to be launching alongside the Galaxy S21 series.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro launch imminent
Samsung has long been working on a new pair of truly wireless earbuds, reportedly named as Galaxy Buds Pro. Many leaks were showcasing the images of these TWS and detailing its specifications from the past few months. And now, the name and its model number were confirmed by the maker itself.
As per a support page that went live on Samsung’s Canada website, the maker has listed its upcoming TWS, Galaxy Buds Pro with a model number as SM-R190. Other than this, Samsung hasn’t revealed any specifications of it.
Yet, we knew much about it already. As per leaks rolled out to date, the upcoming Galaxy Buds Pro will have a two-way speaker with active noise cancellation support, three microphones plus an 11mm woofer and a 6.5mm tweeter.
With an IPX7 water resistance rating, it’s said these TWS will be living for 8 hours and 4.5 hours in terms of playtime and talk time respectively. If paired with the charging case, these times can be extended upto 20 hours of playtime and 10.5 hours of talk time respectively.
Also, these would be coming with a special Spatial Mode, Conversation Mode and Ambient Mode. Further, they could be launching in three colours as silver, violet, and black, and with a price tag of $199 in the US and €229 in Europe.
