Continuing its rally of launching budget smartphones, Realme has just announced a new entry-level handset named Realme C21. This latest addition takes the C-series a bit farther and has competitive specs to price ratio. These include a triple-rear camera setup, a massive battery, and a large display. Here’s more about it;
Realme C21 Specifications
The all-new Realme C21 sports a 6.5″ HD+ display with 720 × 1600p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. With a dewdrop notch style, it has thin bezels on all sides and runs on Android 10 based Relame UI 1.0 out-of-the-box. Inside, it has MediaTek’s Helio G35 SoC, which is an octa-core processor having clock speeds up to 2.3GHz.
Paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, it has 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage with an option to expand the storage up to 256GB via a microSD slot. It boasts a triple-rear camera setup led by a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) wide lens as the primary sensor, followed by a couple of 2-megapixel lenses (f/2.4) as macro and depth sensors.
Upfront, there’s a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) lens in the notch. With a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, it has all the required connectivities like Bluetooth 5, WiFi, GPS, USB 2.0, and an audio jack. Finally, it has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support and basic reverse wireless charging too. This handset comes in two color variants of Cross Black and Cross Blue.
Realme C21 Pricing and availability
This Realme C21 is available in only one variant of 3GB + 32GB as of now, which is priced at $120 (€100 or RM499). It’s unveiled in Malaysia and is sold through its local online marketplace, Lazada. News about this handset’s availability in other markets isn’t available yet.
