Just a few hours before the launch of grand Narzo 20 series, Realme has surprised everyone with a launch of yet another new phone. The Bangladesh unit of Realme has yesterday announced the Realme C17, adding up the current entry-level and lower mid-range C-series.

This new phone shines with almost premium specs but surprisingly priced at an affordable range. Here’s everything about it;

Realme C17 Specifications


The all-new Realme C17 has a 6.5″ HD+ display (720 × 1600) with 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole design. With 90% screen-to-body ratio, it’s protected by Gorilla Glass and runs on Android 10 OS. It comes with a Snapdragon 460 SoC, which is an 11nm processor with 1.8GHz as top clock speeds and has Adreno 610 GPU.

It has a 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage and can be expanded further with the available microSD slot. Regarding cameras, it has a quad rear setup as one 13-megapixel (f/2.2) lens as the primary sensor, an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) lens for ultra-wide-angle shots and a pair of 2-megapixel (f/2.4) lenses as a macro shooter and for black and white photos.

Upfront, there’s a single 8-megapixel (f/2.0) lens in the punch-hole display. With relevant sensors and connectivities like Bluetooth 5, WiFi, GPS, LTE and audio jack, it’s powered by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes in two color variants as Navy Blue and Lake Green.

Realme C17 Price and Availability


The sole 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at BDT 15,900 ($188) and goes on commercial sale starting September 24th onwards in Bangladesh. Well, there’s a pre-sale starting from September 22nd onwards, where the phone will be discounted slightly. The global availability of this handset is yet to be revealed.
