After tasting the immense success of Alexa and Echo devices in India, Amazon has now launch Echo Input smart speaker which is powered by 4,800 mAh battery.
This launch comes at a time when most of the user of the existing Echo and Alexa devices appealed Amazon for adding portability feature. This device arguably addresses the need for portability.
Amazon has exclusively listed the product on its Indian e-commerce portal as of now. Launch in other countries is expected soon.
With the price tag of $40 (4,999 INR), Echo Input is pocket-friendly considering the added feature of portability which it carries. Echo Input is slightly priced higher than the Echo Dot (3rd Gen), the most affordable smart speaker from Amazon which is priced at $24.99 in the US.
Amazon Echo Input is slated to be shipped from December 18 in India.
