Redmi Note 10 series with MediaTek Dimensity 720 and 820 chipsets coming soon


After the immense success of Redmi Note 9 series of smartphones, Xiaomi is back again with its successor, the Redmi Note 10 series with 5G support. A Benchmark result shows that the upcoming Redmi Note 10 will have Dimensity 820 chipset.

Also, The leakster Digital Chat Station confirms this development and hinted about one more Redmi device to be using the Dimensity 720. If the leak is accurate, this phone will be the first 5G-enabled Redmi smartphone.

The Dimensity 720 from MediaTek provides the full 5G support. It combines 2x Cortex-A75 Cores clocking at up to 2GHz with Six Cortex-A55 cores. It also brings a Mali G57 GPU.

Since the 2018, China-based smartphone company, Xiaomi, has adopted a strategy of unveiling two Redmi Note series phone every year. While in 2018, comapny launched Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 6 Pro, in 2019 the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 8 series was launched.

Talking about this year, the company already launched the Redmi Note 9 series and by the same token, the launch of Redmi Note 10 series this year is imminent. To mark the “10th” milestone, Xiaomi has gifted the Redmi devices the 5G connectivity.

According to the tipster, Xiaomi will stick with its tradition of launching several Redmi Note devices in the series like Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro, or Note 10S.
