Realme has launched the sixth handset of its C-series yesterday, which stands a strong contender in the budget range. Named as Realme C12, it shares most of the specifications from its close counterparts, Realme C11 and Realme C15. Here’s everything you need to know about the all-new Realme C12;
Realme C12 Specifications
Starting with the display, Realme C12 sports a 6.5″ IPS panel with a dewdrop style notch and a 720 × 1560p resolution. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:9 with 81.7% screen-to-body ratio. While it has a thick bezel at the bottom, the display is entirely protected by Gorilla Glass.
It runs on Realme’s native bloatware, Realme UI 1.0 with Android 10 as the base. Regarding CPU, it posses the MediaTek’s Helio G35 SoC, which is an octa-core processor running on the 12nm process. All the right cores of this CPU, the Cortex A-53 are clocked at 2.3GHz speeds and comes with PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC 5.1 onboard storage. It also has a dedicated microSD slot for expanding storage. It has tri-setup for rear cameras as 13-megapixel (f/2.2) as the primary lens, which is also the wide-angle sensor. And a pair of 2-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture for B/W and general shots.
Upfront, there’s a single 5-megapixel (f/2.0) lens set into the notch. These are capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps.

It has all the required connectivities like Bluetooth 5, WiFi, GPS, micro USB 2.0, VoLTE and an audio jack. With a fingerprint sensor mounted at the rear, it has a massive 6000mAh battery, it lacks the or has the 10W charging support which isn’t fast charging as 18W for the Realme C15.
Price and Availability
The only storage variant, 3GB + 32GB capacitated Realme C12 will be available for a price tag of Rs. 8,999 (~$120) for the Indian market. It comes in two colors as Power Blue and Power Silver and will be sold from August 24th via online sites like realme.com and Flipkart. The offline sales of Realme C12 will commence from August 31st onwards.
