Just after a year of launch, Reno from Oppo has marked itself a considerable flagship to the premium community. It has now launched the next series, Reno 4, that has two handsets in it. The all-new Oppo Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro is focused more on cameras and battery and settled with an average processor. Yet, it boasts of 5G support and other features. Let’s check out;
Oppo Reno 4 Specifications
This standard variant has a 6.4″ AMOLED display with 1080×2400 resolution and protected by Gorilla Glass 6. It runs on ColorOS 7.2 over Android 10 and has Snapdragon’s 765G SoC that comes with Adreno 620 GPU.
It has triple rear cameras as a 48-megapixel (f/1.7) as the primary sensor, an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) as an ultra-wide angular lens, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) as a monochromic sensor. These lenses can detect laser autofocus.
Upfront, there’s a dual selfie camera stuffed into the capsule-like design, which is of a 32-megapixel (f/2.4) and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) lens for ultra-wide and depth sensing. It h as 8GB RAM and comes with either 128GB or 256GB onboard storage.
Finally, it has a 4000mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging, and claims to juice up the entire battery in just 36 minutes.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro Specifications
The Pro variant shared most of the features like the battery, storage type, OS and processor, and varies in cameras and display. It has a 6.5″ AMOLED display with the same resolution and protection as Reno 4, but has HDR10+, 90Hz refresh rate and has curved display style.
It also has the triple rear setup like a 48-megapixel (f/1.7) as the primary sensor, a 13-megapixel (f/2.4) as a telephoto lens and a 12-megapixel (f/2.2) as ultra-wide angular. Upfront, there’s a single 32-megapixel (f/2.4) lens into the punch-hole design. It has either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and comes with 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage.
Both these handsets have all required connectivities including NFS, 5G modem, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
Oppo Reno 4, Reno 4 Pro Pricing and Availability
The standard Reno 4 is priced at CNY 2,999 (~$425) and CNY 3,299 (~$465) for its 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants, respectively. These are available in Space Black, Galactic Blue, and Space White color, and is up for pre-orders with the sale starting from June 12 onwards.
On the other hand, the Reno 4 Pro is priced at CNY 3,799 (~$535) for its 8GB + 128GB variant and CNY 4,299 (~$605) for its 12GB + 256GB variant. It’s available in the same color as Reno 4 and also in Sparkling Red and Green Glitter colors. It’s up for pre-orders and sale commences from June 12 onwards.
