After the launch of iQOO 3 gaming smartphone, now Vivo-owned iQOO seems to unveil more gaming-centric smartphones in the future. Here we’re going to discuss about the pricing, full specifications and features of iQOO Z1. Let’s jump right in.
IQOO Z1 – Full specification and features
IQOO Z1 is another gaming-centric phone from IQOO. Also, as IQOO 3, the phone is said to be more focused to provide a better gaming performance at affordable prices.
Display
The iQOO Z1 features a 6.57 inches IPS LCD display that supports 144Hz display refresh rates and HDR10. The display features a punch-hole setup to house selfie camera. It has resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels with an 20:9 ratio and 402 ppi density. It has 83.9% screen-to-body ratio. The display produces 16 millions colors.
Processor
iQOO Z1 is powered with the latest Mediatek Dimensity 1000+. It is a Octa-core processor with 4 Cortex-A77 that clocks at 2.6 GHz and 4 Cortex-A55 that clocks at 2.0 GHz . For better graphic production, the SoC is paired with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.
RAM and Storage
iQOO Z1comes in three different variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The storage uses the UFS 2.1 technology.
Battery and Charging
iQOO Z1 packs a Li-Po non-removable battery with 4500 mAh capacity. It supports 44W fast charging that charge up to 50% in just 23 min and 100% in 59 min (advertised). It takes charge from USB Type-C.
Connectivity
Connectivity options included in the iQOO Z1 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/Yes, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G, and 5G (supported by device but network not rolled-out in India)
Camera
The iQOO Z1 5G has a 48-megapixel primary camera in the back with an f/1.79 aperture; a 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, Touch to focus and can shoot video of 4K@30fps, 1080p@30fps. Upfront, it sports a 16-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The selfie camera shoot videos of 1080p@30fps
Other Features
iQOO has sensors includes accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Z1 5G supports face unlock.
iQOO has Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) setup.
Pricing
iQOO hasn’t yet announced the global launch details, but iQOO Z1 is expected to launch in India
The iQOO Z1 5G is priced at Rs 23,490) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Rs 26,600 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, and Rs 29,800 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.
