Here is the schedule of when the MIUI powered phones will get Android 11


The MIUI 12 was launched last year in April. However, the MIUI 12 was built on top of Android 10 only. But Xiaomi sai that this will be supported with Android 11 OS as well. Since the Android 11 launched in September 2020. After which a lot of other OEMs have pushed Android 11 updates to their smartphones. Like the OnePlus and Samsung has been really ahead in giving updates to their smartphones. Xiaomi hasn’t been great in giving updates ever since the beginning.

The latest MIUI 12 skin has a ton of new features like an enhanced dark mode, always-on display, new dynamic UI changes and a revamped privacy and security system.

As of now the MIUI 12 based on Android 11 is out for Redmi Note 9 Pro and MI 10. Most of the Xiaomi devices are budget-friendly, and its good that the budget devices are also getting the taste of Android 11.

Xiaomi also rolled out MIUI 12 beta updates to Redmi K30 and Mi 9 series. By the third week of December 2020, the POCO F2 Pro started to receive the update.

Xiaomi has a huge list of phones, most of them launched last year, so they should be receiving the new MIUI 12 update based on Android 11. Below we have a list of devices by Xiaomi that are scheduled to receive MIUI 12 with Android 11 update in the coming weeks or months.

Let’s hope Xiaomi starts rolling out Android 11 updates to its devices soon since the new Android 11 with MIUI 12 brings a lot of new features on the table. Everyone must experience at least once how fluid and to secure the Android 11 is and with MIUI 12 we get a new animation system that’s very much eye appealing.
