Google to announce ‘something exciting’ at Samsung’s Unpacked Event

Samsung’s Unpacked Event is about to happen next week where the smartphone behemoth will officially announce Galaxy S20 lineup and Galaxy’s next-gen Fold, Z Flip. But there’s something more interesting.

Google-owned Android hinted through its official Twitter handle about ‘something exciting’. Tagging the twitter handle of @SamsungMobile, Android posted a link which redirects to Samsung’s website of UK division where a user can set a reminder about the Unpacked Event.

Although, the tweet did not reveal much information and left the users guessing. But it is expected Google might have a presence at the Unpacked Event to announce something in collaboration with Samsung.

There’s a possibility that Google may announce the collaboration with Samsung to bring Android 11 while other assumptions suggest that Google will unveil the integration of Google Duo on Samsung devices.

Google is set to reveal Android 11 at its Google IO 2020 which will be held in May 2020. Pixel devices will be the first to receive the latest Android operating system followed by either Samsung or OnePlus.

It is worth noting that Android seldom announces about any launch event and if the teaser has come from Android, there’s really something interesting we might get at this Unpacked Event.
