ZTE Axon 30

ZTE has just tipped its upcoming under-display camera flagship – Axon 30 via its Weibo account. While there are no other details revealed till now, it’s expected to be a flagship one since touted to carry Snapdragon 888 processor. Also, it’s said to come with Android 11 and have up to 12GB of RAM. Here’s more;

ZTE Axon 30 – A flagship under-display camera phone

ZTE is one of the strongest contenders in their homeland. The Chinese OEM has made the world’s first under-display camera phone, Axon 20 and that’s relatively good. While this has given the badge of being first, it didn’t garner the expected popularity since the under-display camera wasn’t implemented well.

Thus, bettering it, the company is now gearing up to launch its successor, Axon 30 soon. It has tipped this upcoming phone in an image poster through its Weibo handle, without any date mentioned on it. Earlier, Nubia’s President has tipped that ZTE may come up with its flagship sooner than expected. And we assume this to happen in mid-February, which also happens to be the Chinese New Year.

There are no official specifications leaked about it too, but some leaks reveal the upcoming phone will be a flagship since it equips Snapdragon’s high-end 888 processor. Also, it may come with Android 11 out-of-the-box and have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.

It’s also rumored that Axon 30 will not be the only mobile that ZTE will announce on the event day, but a few other mid-rangers too. Also, since it’s been so long that Axon 20 was launched and ZTE has got enough time, we expect the upcoming handset to have an improved, second-generation under-display camera, that corrects the blurry and smudgy images that Axon 20 took.
