The brand has provided the aluminium frame this time. The Gorilla Glass 6 on both rear and front just amps the premium feel of the phone. The device comes in new versatile colors and has a very new raw look in it. The colours like Volcano Orange, Tornado Black and Quantum Silver are the three available colors. The performance of iQOO 3 is the main highlight. The phone comes with top edge Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865. The processor is based on 7nm technology. The configuration goes as 1×2.84 GHz Kryo 585, 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 585. The configuration is a perfect power to efficiency example. The Adreno 650 GPU is there for the best performance.

The memory is also very crucial highlight here. The RAM variant is very versatile. The variants go from 8GB to a maximum of 12GB of RAM. The RAM is LPDDR5, as a result, the performance is at par. The internal storage is also very good. It goes in two variants – 128GB and 256GB, along with UFS3.1 storage. The UFS 3.1 will for sure improve the loading speed making it up to mark.

The other features of the screen are that it features a HDR10+ support and a refresh rate f 60Hz. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels (Full HD+). This gives a pretty good viewing experience.

The camera unit is a quad-camera setup on the rear. The camera setup goes as; a 48 megapixel f/1.8 wide-angle camera, one 13 megapixel, f/2.5, 50mm (telephoto), one more 13 megapixel, f/2.2, 16mm (ultrawide) and one last 2 megapixel, f/2.4, (depth). The snappers are very good on paper.

The front camera unit sports a 16 megapixel, f/2.5, which is a wide-angle camera. The front camera is very promising as reviewed.

Battery:

The battery is one more highlight for the device. It is powered by a Li-Po 4400 mAh battery pack. This is juiced up by a 55W Flash charger. The charging capability is one of the biggest advantages of the device.

The price varies as:

8GB + 128GB = Rs. 36,990 ($485)

8GB + 256GB =  Rs. 39,990 ($525)

12GB + 256GB (5G) =  Rs. 44,990 ($590)

Final Impressions:

The device comes with some amazing features like Monster Touch Buttons. The Monster Touch Buttons are two pressure-sensitive buttons on side panels. They are for gaming purposes and 4D vibration feedback. Also, the refresh rate of the screen is a downside. The company claims to be having 180 Hz display but that sounds not so true. The screen to body ratio could have been increased a bit more. Other than these, the performance packed beast is all set to go for flagship battles.
